COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Samson Baumann 3765-0401.03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schaevitz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo-Denki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schenck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaevitz such as the GAHD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R11F432565 manufactured by Sanyo-Denki and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo-Denki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 18373 by Manufacturer Schenck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schmersal Brand MZM100ST1P2PRA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schrader such as 0400C4MA2US14A16000 equipment made by Schrader have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schrader products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schrader" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 17254005A made by Scr as well as the popular 300510 original spares produced by Schunk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCD150034 by Schenck and 0400C4MA2US14A16000 spares by Schrader are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 370449 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schunk. |
